Our Services. Avi Catering & Events delivers Picaderas Dominicanas, Dominican Catering, Slider Catering, Event Planning, Private Event Catering, Corporate Catering. Site content is for informational purposes only and is not a guarantee of availability or pricing.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Site Content. Content displayed on https://avicateringevents.com is the property of Avi Catering & Events or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.
Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.
Termination. Avi Catering & Events may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Avi Catering & Events's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Avi Catering & Events in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Law and Venue. PA law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in PA.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
